Before applying the product
Always start by reading the instructions on the container, and remember to be meticulous from the very start of the paint job. The proper tools and careful preparations, are prerequisites for successful results. We advise you to shake the tin before opening it in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
The ambient temperature is another factor that determines the end result. Do not apply the product if it is colder than +5°C.
The surface to be treated must be clean, dry and solid. Brush off or scrape off any loose, old lime, plaster or paint. Wash with ammonia solution, rinse with water. Sand and wash any previously treated surface with domestic detergent and rinse with water.
NB! Cover windows and any other glass surface, since Betoprime etches glass. Avoid contact with eyes. Wear eye protection.

 

Applying the product
Betoprime is to be applied evenly on the surface, preferably by using a simple low pressure paint gun, but it can also be applied with a brush.

After applying the product
Wipe off any excess product before cleaning the tools with water. Close the lid of the container properly, and store out of reach of children. Any residue of the product should not be disposed of in the drains, but should be disposed of in a proper and approved manner. We care about the environment, and so should you.
