Pre-painting

Make sure to protect floors and furniture before starting to paint. The surface must be clean, dry and firm. Wash, rinse with water and let dry. If there are oil stains, they can be removed with solution. Not previous treated wood is to be primed with Snickerigrund Classic diluted 10–20%. If the surface is uneven, fill with putty and grind. Apply undiluted Snickerigrund Classic, grind, apply and so on until there is an even and smooth surface. Wipe clean.

 

Painting
Prime 1–2 times with sufficient drying time between. Top coat with suitable paint. Use brush, lint free roller, or – after dilution – sprayer.
This product has a very high dry solids content which provides very good filling and covering ability.

 

Post-painting
Wipe off the tools thoroughly before cleaning with White spirit. Seal the tin carefully after use and keep out of reach for children. Liquid residues may not be poured down the drain, but be submitted to the local collection point. Protect the environment, like we do.
