Before applying the product
Always start by reading the instructions on the container, and remember to be meticulous from the very start of the paint job. The proper tools and careful preparations, are prerequisites for successful results. Stir the paint thoroughly before you start applying the product. The temperature of the product and the surface will impact on the end result. Do not apply the product if either is colder than +5°C. The surface to be treated must be clean, dry and solid. Scrape off any loose, old lime, plaster or paint. Wash all surfaces and rinse with clean water. Any plaster or concrete surface with high mineral content must be primed with Betoprime. This also applies for surfaces that previously were treated with silicate paint. Prime any clean wood surface with Colorex Aqua Outdoor Primer.

 

Applying the product
Apply one or two coats with a roller, brush or – with some slight thinning with water – with a high pressure spray gun.

 

After applying the product
Wipe off any excess product before cleaning the tools with water. Close the lid of the container properly before storing it out of reach of children. Any residue of the product should not be disposed of in the drains, but should be disposed of in a proper and approved manner. We care about the environment, and so should you.

 

Care
The product surface is open for diffusion, and will permit salts to diffuse through the product and settle on top. These can easily be washed off with water. The dry surface will stand washing with a high pressure washer, but care must be observed so that the spray does not penetrate into hollow sections of the building.
